ITR has the on-going relationships with hundreds of companies, both nationally and abroad, with needs ranging from NDE inspectors to project managers. The Personnel feature contains seven options to describe your construction talents; NDE Technician, Heat Treat Technician, Scheduler, Engineer, Contract Administrator, and Project Manager. Depending on the skills you possess, simply click on the appropriate link to request job opportunities. The first time you log on you will be asked to fill out important information about yourself and your specific talents and abilities, once you submit the form, you are a member of the ITR network. A placement specialist will contact you immediately in order to determine how best ITR can serve you, and provide you with upcoming job opportunities.

On subsequent visits, you will be given the option of editing your personal information if necessary, or you can simply fill out the information pertaining to the type of work assignment you are requesting. Please note that each form pertaining to the type of work assignment being requested must be filled out in order to best suit your abilities.

Compensation couldn’t be simpler with ITR. All compensation and per diem is paid directly by ITR on a bi-monthly schedule. All personnel are paid on a 1099 basis for tax purposes. Simply fill out your time sheets and have your employer’s representative sign off on it, and you will have the option of a check of wire transfer of funds. What could be simpler?
